I'm an internationally qualified and Licensed Master NLP Coach, Trainer and Educator from the UK. I am the founder of Mind Nomads Sdn Bhd, a boutique consultancy which focuses on unlocking the inner journey of the mind by employing the right mindset, personal development and self-empowerment.

I provide training on leadership, effective communication, personal growth and empowerment to local and international audiences. I was also the lead trainer for the UNHCR-NAWEM Refugee Micro Entrepreneurship Development Programme based in Kuala Lumpur. 

Over the years I've lived and worked in the UK, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur and provided bespoke coaching sessions for clients ranging from corporate executives to women wanting to be change agents in the world.

My previous posts have included being appointed as the Senior Adviser to the UK Secretary of State for the Department of Communities and Local Government where I advised on policy narratives in governmental and non-governmental organisations.

For more than 20 years, I've engaged in global community development with a passion for education and behavioural change and I remain active in a number of charities at home and abroad.
